The land is the basis of multitudinous affairs, to encourage the use of the land, improving the living standard, and to guides the well development of the city, Taichung City is actively conducting the affairs of “redrawing of the land” and “levying of the land by section” on a big scale. To protect the fairness and correctness of private property, we have introduced some high tech surveying instruments, arranging professional training for surveyors to improve their specialty. And we have encouraged the “one stand for everything” service and planning on simplifying the operating course to shorten the waiting time for people applying for land affairs. Besides, to broaden the scope of the convenience measures for people and enhance the quality of service, we have opened up the access to inquire the information of land price by phone call and promoting the land administration information be disclosed on the internet, for people being able to apply for copies beyond the limit of area and to inquire the land price information by internet, no need to get to various land registry offices anymore.
